Hello GreenTalkers

It's been a while since I have sent a message to GreenTalk list., but I hope you are well and thriving at your own particular corner of the earth, this wonderful planet home of ours. As you know, on March 11, 2011, Japan was hit by sever earthquakes, followed by massive tsunamis, and the breakdown of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant. It was very hard for a lot of people in East Japan, and all of us suffered. Many people in Japan are now calling to stop Japan's dependency on nuclear power. Japanese Government, on the other hand, is not likely to stop dependency on nuclear power immediately asmany of us hope Under such circumstances, the core members of GreenTalk decided to donate some of the fund that we received as participation fee to GreenTalk in the past, which we have kept in savings all these years, to a Japanese anti-nuclear group, called"National Network for the Establishment of Denuclearization Legislation (Datsu-genpatsu Ho Seitei Zenkoku Network)".
Mr. Sato, who was the accountant of GreenTalk, who lives near the office of this group, personally delivered the donation of 50,000 yesterday, on October 10, 2012, as a donation from JEE, because JEE is the sponsor of GreenTalk. Thank you very much for your participation and cooperation in GreenTalk.

Chie Yoshimune Former coordinator of GreenTalk And current Coordinator of JEE Kanto
